Plant Manager III (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead all aspects of the manufacturing facility and deliver best-in-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, and people development.
• Maximize production capability through continuous improvement programs, capacity planning, and maintenance best practices.
• Build employee engagement, trust, capability development, and a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Ensure customer service through manufacturing schedule adherence, effective communication, and reliable delivery.
• Manage cost, productivity, inventory, regulatory compliance, company policies, and site operating objectives.
• Collaborate with plant, business, functional, and multi-site leaders across the global hirify.global network to execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, communication, prioritization, and strategic direction-setting abilities.
• Experience leading change initiatives, cultural transformation, and high-performing teams.
• Ability to quickly understand technology and apply a data-driven, action-oriented approach.
• Fluent Spanish is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in food or chemical process industries.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Experience leading multifunctional teams in a global manufacturing environment.
