What you will do

• Manage designated departmental P&L expense lines, budgets, forecasts, and labor schedules.
• Run a cafe department or cost center while maintaining brand standards and business objectives.
• Coach, mentor, and develop hourly staff into strong customer service representatives and brand ambassadors.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver products and services consistently.
• Drive guest satisfaction, service quality, and a guest-first environment.
• Execute Rock Shop standards and identify opportunities to increase retail sales.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in an operations management role within a high-volume, casual, full-service restaurant.
• Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and financial understanding of budgets and P&L statements.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work in cafe environments involving extended standing and walking, repetitive movements, noise, heat, cold, and occasional lifting of objects up to 10 pounds.
