Facility Service Manager (Facilities Management)

Location: Tampa, Florida, United States; travel required up to 25%.

What you will do

• Oversee the execution of capital projects across more than 100 stores, with project values ranging from $1,500 to $1 million.
• Select and supervise vendors and contractors, develop project scopes, solicit bids, and close out completed projects.
• Inspect property conditions across districts to maintain safety, security, and facility standards.
• Track and approve work orders, invoices, project records, budgets, and five-year forecasts.
• Coordinate with divisional leadership, directors, operations staff, and store teams to resolve facility management issues.
• Ensure projects and facility work are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience in multi-site facilities management and/or project management.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, with travel potentially varying according to portfolio needs.
• Experience or knowledge of relevant trades is strongly preferred.
• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
• Ability to supervise vendors, contractors, and facility-related projects.
