Salary: $58,000–$62,000 per year, plus a performance bonus.

What you will do
- Support the Area Manager with daily operations across properties in the designated market.
- Inspect properties, maintain standards, and identify and resolve quality or compliance issues.
- Respond to guest and homeowner concerns through email, calls, texts, Slack, and support tickets.
- Coordinate housekeeping, routine maintenance, supplies, linens, and property inventory.
- Train, coach, and evaluate field operations personnel while supporting the market lead when needed.
- Travel frequently between properties and participate in rotating after-hours on-call coverage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
- Must reside in the designated Tennessee market and have a valid driver's license, active car insurance, and a reliable snow-ready car.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
- Ability to spend most working time standing, walking, and driving between properties.
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, climb, carry, reach, stoop, and occasionally push, pull, and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Strong self-management, prioritization, responsiveness, and communication skills, plus basic Microsoft Office proficiency.

- Vacation rental industry experience.
- Experience in hospitality or real estate.
- Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation.
