Senior Store Leader (Retail)

Location: Commerce, California, USA (Citadel Outlets - Kate Spade)

Base pay: $38.25–$51.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead client development, proactive outreach, relationship building, and initiatives that drive repeat and new business.
• hirify.global associates on selling standards, customer service, sales training, and client book usage.
• Hire, train, motivate, and develop the sales team, including the assistant manager and supervisor.
• Analyze sales reports, business trends, assortment, sell-through, stock levels, and customer feedback to improve store performance.
• Implement visual merchandising standards and protect the Kate Spade New York brand experience.
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, payroll coverage, inventory processing, shipping and receiving, markdowns, and loss prevention compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of management experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
• Professional sales development, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to analyze selling reports, identify trends, make decisions, and mediate team conflicts.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Availability to work the store schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and regularly lift at least 25 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
