Operations Associate (E-commerce)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts; four days in the office Monday–Thursday and one remote day on Friday. The role requires 5–15% travel as needed.

Annual base salary: $64,000–$70,500. The position also lists a $68,000 base salary and a $5,000 joining bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor logistics and supply chain performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate performance trends and recommendations to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supplier Management, Technology, suppliers, freight-forwarding teams, and third-party logistics providers.
• Create and deliver communication plans for internal and external logistics partners.
• Develop and implement processes that improve operations and support continuous improvement and change management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics, Economics, Management, or a related discipline, with graduation expected by Spring 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Authorization to work in the United States without hirify.global visa sponsorship now or in the future is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for STEM OPT EAD, H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, O-1, J-1, or TN visas.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work with complex data in Excel or Google Sheets and learn new data analysis tools.
