Operations Associate (EU/UK)

Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn; 100% on-site

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually

A New York-based lifestyle brand and specialty retailer offering apparel, accessories, footwear, and related products through boutiques, shop-in-shops, restaurants, and e-commerce channels.

What you will do

• Oversee multi-vendor inbound shipments to EU and UK third-party logistics partners.
• Coordinate paperwork, data entry, receiving tasks, and transactional processing across applicable systems.
• Review workload priorities based on release calendars, priority brands, aged tasks, and pending operational issues.
• Communicate with logistics, buying, web, and other internal product teams.
• Coordinate inbound retail shipments, cleanouts, returns to vendor, sample sales, donations, and other special projects.
• Coordinate product distribution from third-party logistics partners to retail locations and process shipping requests to external vendors.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience working with warehouses or third-party logistics partners.
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory management or control.
• 2–5 years of experience with ERP and inventory management systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Fluent English required; the role is 100% on-site in Brooklyn.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Bleckmann 3PL.
• Experience with Exenta ERP.
• French language skills.
• Passion for footwear and apparel.
