Call for Release - Customer Service Representative Remote

Location: 100% remote for U.S. applicants and employees

Salary: $16.04–$22.00 per hour; $18.00–$24.00 per hour in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington

What you will do

• Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pickup details and obtain release authorization.
• Communicate with vehicle owners to secure releases, arrange transportation, and coordinate three-way calls with shops or towing companies.
• Use the DeCode This tool to search VINs and collect vehicle information.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and interaction notes in internal systems.
• Process 100+ calls and 60+ live lots daily while meeting performance goals.
• Participate in weekly Teams meetings and follow company policies and quality standards.

Requirements

• At least one year of office support experience in customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong phone and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills.
• Typing speed of 45 WPM and basic 10-key familiarity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Professional virtual appearance and a quiet, distraction-free workspace; occasional overtime availability.
