What you will do

• Lead the complete value streams for sheet metal processing, front panels, and electronics assembly from raw material intake through final shipment.
• Drive Lean transformation and continuous improvement using Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, TPM, Six Sigma, standard work, and visual management.
• Own safety, delivery, quality, productivity, cost, KPI performance, and improvement execution across the assigned value streams.
• Coordinate Production, Lean, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, R&D, and planning teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Lead capacity, production scheduling, equipment utilization, workforce planning, and new product or process development.
• Drive digitalization and automation initiatives, including machine metrics and MES systems, to improve transparency and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing experience focused on sheet metal processing and/or electronics assembly.
• Demonstrated experience in value stream management, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership of multidisciplinary production teams.
• Knowledge of sheet metal processes such as cutting, bending, welding, and surface treatment, plus electronics processes such as SMD, THT, testing, and final assembly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and financial performance skills.
• Fluent English and German communication and presentation skills required.
