Digital Learning & Development Coordinator (AI)

Location: Birmingham or London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with up to 40% from home and 60% in the office

hirify.global is a global professional-services firm with a Digital Learning & Development function supporting learning programs and digital learning technologies.

What you will do

• Coordinate digital and blended learning programs, including schedules, enrolments, communications, attendance, materials, evaluations, and follow-up.
• Maintain team plans, documentation, standard operating procedures, calendars, trackers, meetings, vendor activity, and financial administration.
• Administer Workday Learning and related learning technologies, including courses, curricula, learning pathways, assignments, assessments, notifications, and learner records.
• Support Sana-enabled content authoring and learner experiences while maintaining catalogues, metadata, permissions, audience rules, and content lifecycle information.
• Test systems and content, coordinate issue resolution, and support data quality, governance, accessibility, and platform updates.
• Produce operational reports and dashboards, analyse participation and platform data, and identify opportunities to simplify or automate processes.

Requirements

• Experience in learning and development operations, administration, program coordination, or a comparable operations role.
• Experience using a learning management system or enterprise platform to maintain records, content, workflows, or user activity.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail, communication, judgement, initiative, and practical problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with digital systems and supporting users with different levels of digital confidence.
• Ability to collaborate with learning and development professionals, system teams, vendors, and stakeholders across different locations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Nice to have

• Experience administering Workday Learning or a comparable enterprise LMS.
• Experience with Sana, AI-enabled learning platforms, or digital content-authoring tools.
• Experience with system implementation, migration, user-acceptance testing, process change, dashboards, or user and program data analysis.
• Familiarity with digital accessibility, data protection, content standards, or quality-assurance processes.
• Experience in a global, matrixed, professional-services, or regulated environment.
