Senior Director, Learning eXperience Curator (International)

What you will do

• Translate the global learning, performance, and growth strategy into regionally relevant learning agendas and deliverables.
• Partner with Regional Presidents, Regional PX VPs, PX Business Partners, and leaders to identify needs and create scalable learning solutions.
• Design and facilitate live and virtual learning and group coaching experiences that drive behavior change, team effectiveness, and high performance.
• Own the international Train-the-Trainer program, including facilitator recruitment, standards, observation, feedback, and co-facilitation.
• Lead local learning roles, Learning Ambassadors, and cross-regional contributors through a matrixed structure.
• Define success metrics, report executive-ready insights, and improve learning experiences using data and feedback.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a senior learning leader designing and facilitating measurable live and virtual learning experiences.
• Strong people leadership and experience coaching teams across geographies, cultures, and time zones.
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with complex stakeholder relationships and dual reporting lines.
• Cultural fluency and adaptability across regions, audiences, functions, and business contexts.
• Expertise in adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning measurement methodologies.
• Experience with digital learning platforms, learning analytics, and modern learning technologies; travel is required.
