Senior Enablement Manager (Regional Readiness)

Location: London Office; based in or willing to relocate to London with the right to work in the UK

What you will do

• Run onboarding cohorts and deliver EMEA bootcamps for regional go-to-market hires.
• Adapt onboarding materials to local market, language, and regulatory context, and track attendance, completion, and ramp metrics.
• Execute global certifications, product launches, methodology programs, and other enablement initiatives in the EMEA timezone.
• Maintain EMEA content, scheduling, and cohort data in Highspot and the LMS.
• Deliver enablement components for quarterly business reviews, WAVE Europe, GKO, and other EMEA programs.
• Act as the first enablement contact for EMEA representatives and managers, escalating regional blockers and risks to global leadership.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in enablement, sales operations, learning and development, or a related go-to-market function.
• Hands-on experience running onboarding cohorts or training programs end to end.
• Ability to execute against established plans while applying sound day-to-day judgment.
• Credibility with quota-carrying sellers and their managers, plus clear written communication across time zones.
• Working familiarity with enablement or LMS platforms such as Highspot or Sana.
• Based in or willing to relocate to London and authorized to work in the UK.
