What you will do

• Own the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, content design and development, delivery, and evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging workshops for manager and non-manager audiences.
• Evaluate training-programme impact, report on results, and continuously improve learning solutions.
• Provide individual coaching and support development and performance.
• Partner with business stakeholders and HR to deliver bespoke learning solutions and strategic projects.
• Contribute to performance management, wider HR projects, and belonging and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing the full training cycle from learning-needs identification through impact review.
• Confident, engaging facilitation style for diverse audiences.
• Ability to counsel and influence business partners and People Team colleagues.
• Strong organisation, planning, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills.
• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
