What you will do

• Support global and regional business line managers with business analysis, market research, pricing analysis, sales reporting, and forecasting.
• Research markets for valve switchboxes and positioners to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Automate project and quote win/loss analysis and conduct hit-rate analysis to support funnel growth.
• Use data modeling techniques to improve pricing efficiency and forecast accuracy.
• Create standard workflow documents for recurring reporting processes.
• Review market trends and emerging segments to support product development and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field, or possess equivalent education in a technical or business-related subject.
• At least 2 years of business analysis experience and 2 years of Power BI and Salesforce experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong manufacturing and supply chain knowledge.
• Analytical, marketing, communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-focused skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate across different business environments and cultures.

Nice to have

• Product management experience with a technical product.
• Oil and gas, power, or chemical industry experience.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and 80/20 pricing strategies.
