Senior Business Analyst Supply Execution & Inventory Management

Location: SI Kranj, Slovenia; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Analyze complex and non-recurring supply execution and inventory management topics.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations, proposals, and actionable solutions.
• Support EMEA supply execution and inventory management activities, projects, management meetings, and presentations.
• Drive automation, process simplification, and efficiency improvements across connected business functions.
• Identify and proactively prevent non-productive inventory through market- and business-level analysis.
• Maintain the team's SharePoint knowledge database and represent the function in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Supply Management, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or a related area.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using advanced analytical tools to solve complex business topics.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation, process efficiency, simplification, and value creation.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Proactive, reliable, accurate, and ownership-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP transactional and planning systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization and reporting.
• Additional language skills.
