IT Internship - Remote (Summer 2027)

Location: Remote within the United States; role listed in Irving, Texas

Salary: $18.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support Project Elevate initiatives for the Information Technology department and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute functional testing across supply chain, finance, and commercial operations.
• Gather, organize, analyze, and validate data for testing, process improvement, and project reporting.
• Document test scenarios, results, defects, and business requirements.
• Participate in business process analysis, user acceptance testing, system validation, and project status reviews.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, IT resources, and cross-functional teams to support project milestones.

Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, management information systems, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Senior-level students are preferred, though other academic levels may be considered.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
• Interest in business systems, technology implementations, process improvement, or enterprise transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams; basic knowledge of data analysis, business process documentation, and testing methodologies.
