What you will do

• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and make required corrections before payment processing.
• Calculate line-item charges, discounts, and freight charges.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and schedule payments according to contract terms.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues.
• Correspond with vendors and support sales centers with invoice-related questions.
• Perform vendor statement reconciliations and related accounts payable duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• 1–3 years of accounts payable experience, specifically with purchase order matching.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and 10-key by touch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
