International AP Lead

Location: Dallas, TX, United States

Salary: $98,000–$130,000 base salary per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day accounts payable operations across international entities, including the UK, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and additional countries as the business expands.
• Monitor international invoice queues and process invoices, statements, and credit notes across multiple currencies and vendor types.
• Lead queue assignment and workload balancing for the Poland-based AP processing team.
• Act as the primary contact for international vendors regarding payment status, disputes, overdue invoices, and bank-detail changes.
• Escalate urgent or blocked payments to Treasury/Payments and coordinate with business approvers on time-sensitive invoice approvals.
• Support US accounts payable processing, vendor reconciliation, and special projects during peak periods or coverage gaps.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, including multi-currency or multi-country processing.
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay experience in a shared services, Global Business Services, or corporate accounting environment.
• Experience leading or coordinating workload across a team, including caseload assignment and balancing.
• Strong vendor-facing communication skills and experience resolving payment disputes and escalations.
• Working knowledge of internal controls, audit support, and SOX-compliant AP operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, SAP, or Oracle, plus advanced Excel skills.
• Applicants must satisfy US export-control access requirements, including applicable US-person, authorization, or export-licensing eligibility.

• Experience in a Global Business Services or Shared Services model.
• Experience partnering with an outsourced BPO team or managing a BPO relationship.
• Experience with vendor management, statement reconciliation, billing gap detection, and process transformation.
• Experience partnering with Treasury, Procurement, and Finance stakeholders.
