TL;DR
Accountant (Financial Operations): Managing accounts payable, cash receipts, month-end and year-end close activities, budgeting, and financial reporting with an accent on accounting accuracy, compliance, and internal controls. Focus on preparing journal entries and statements, coordinating annual budgets, and maintaining reliable financial operations at a corporate manufacturing office.
Location: Onsite at the corporate office in Raleigh, NC; this is not a remote role. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Salary: Competitive salary dependent on experience.

What you will do
- Supervise day-to-day accounts payable and cash receipts processes.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare journal entries and financial statements.
- Coordinate the annual budget process and prepare monthly budget reports.
- Develop and maintain accounting controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including strong spreadsheet skills.
- Knowledge of accounting information systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
