2nd Shift Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Columbia, South Carolina, five days per week

Annual base salary: $77,963.33–$109,340.00

What you will do

• Oversee daily catalog assembly production performance, safety, quality, and process compliance.
• Ensure operational issues are resolved at the appropriate level or escalated promptly.
• Lead structured problem solving for recurring, systemic, or complex production issues.
• Manage process updates, change points, sequence changes, and schedule approvals.
• Manage attendance and staffing needs while supporting Team Leaders and production teams.
• Complete Leader Standard Work, Daily Management Excellence activities, corrective actions, and SQDIP performance management.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Ability to teach, coach, and audit teams to ensure compliance and capability development.
• Proven leadership, communication, decision-making, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience managing production performance, staffing, attendance, process updates, and change points.
• Ability to lead problem resolution, manage corrective actions, and maintain continuous improvement routines.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Columbia, South Carolina.
