Supply Chain; Supplier Onboarding Functional Analyst (SAP S/4HANA, AI)

Location: Hybrid, with an average requirement of 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you will do

• Execute onboarding activities for manufacturing partners across HPE's global supply chain network.
• Gather and document supplier requirements with supply chain teams, IT, manufacturing partners, and other stakeholders.
• Configure and support B2B integrations using EDI, XML, APIs, web services, and file transfer protocols.
• Support SAP S/4HANA integration implementation and testing, including UAT and AI-assisted integration testing.
• Create onboarding documentation, integration configurations, playbooks, and process workflows.
• Deploy and monitor agentic AI workflows for supplier assessment, data validation, compliance verification, issue resolution, forecasting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement, or manufacturing, preferably in the high-tech industry.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA supply chain modules, especially MM, SD, and LE, plus experience with SAP ECC.
• 2–3 years of experience supporting B2B integration solutions or EDI implementations in enterprise environments.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, vendor setup, partner enablement, logistics execution, procurement, order-to-cash, product structures, BOMs, and manufacturing models.
• Knowledge of EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT, XML-based protocols, integration testing, master data management, data quality, cybersecurity, and secure data transfer.

• Exposure to automation technologies, RPA platforms, AI-driven business process tools, autonomous systems, agentic AI platforms, or intelligent workflow engines.
• Experience with AI-driven data validation, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of global trade regulations, tariffs, and customs compliance.
