Systems Integration Analyst (EDI): Delivering end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for US retail clients through trading partner configuration, document mapping, connectivity protocols, and deployment workflows with an accent on client onboarding, data exchange reliability, and operational continuity. Focus on designing integration workflows, troubleshooting complex data exchange issues, and validating solutions across testing and production environments.
Location: Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines; 5-day onsite work required. Availability for global shifts, predominantly EMEA and US schedules, plus after-hours and weekend on-call support is required.

What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients in the Managed Services environment.
- Translate client business requirements into technical solutions by configuring trading partners, document mappings, and connectivity protocols.
- Develop and maintain EDI maps, technical specifications, and integration workflows across testing and production environments.
- Analyze data flows and integration requirements to support client onboarding and implementation projects.
- Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and quality assurance for integration solutions.
- Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Foundational to intermediate programming experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Perl, or comparable technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work 5 days onsite in Makati City, Philippines, across predominantly EMEA and US shifts.
- Flexibility for after-hours and weekend support as part of an on-call rotation.
