TL;DR
Systems Integration Analyst (EDI/B2B): Delivering end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients with an accent on trading partner configuration, document mapping, connectivity protocols, and deployment workflows. Focus on analyzing complex data flows, resolving integration defects through root cause analysis, and supporting reliable data exchange across global support shifts.
Location: 5-day onsite work in Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines. Availability for global shifts, predominantly EMEA and US schedules, is required, including after-hours and weekend support through an on-call rotation.

What you will do
- Translate client EDI and B2B integration requirements into technical solutions.
- Analyze data flows, interfaces, and integration requirements for onboarding and implementation projects.
- Configure trading partners and EDI maps within Managed Services platforms.
- Develop, maintain, test, and deploy integration workflows across testing and production environments.
- Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to support delivery and operational continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Foundational to intermediate programming experience with Java, JavaScript, C#, C++, Perl, or comparable technologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-volume environment while balancing competing priorities.
- Ability to work 5 days onsite in Makati City, Philippines.
- Availability for EMEA and US shifts, including after-hours and weekend on-call support.
