Manager, Corporate Development - The Orchard

Location: New York, New York, United States; office-first role requiring four days per week in the office.

Annual base salary: $110,000–$120,000 USD.

What you will do

• Lead M&A transactions, strategic investments, and partnerships from preliminary evaluation through execution.
• Structure deals, coordinate due diligence, perform valuations, and manage cross-functional transaction work.
• Build financial models and conduct strategic and macro-level analysis for investment decisions.
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners, investors, industry experts, and founders.
• Prepare clear presentations and memos for senior executive leadership.
• Monitor regional markets, industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting focused on media and entertainment.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and Excel skills.
• Experience analyzing large, complex data sets and producing actionable conclusions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder influence, and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of and passion for music, digital media, and technology.
