Asset Manager - Multifamily & Rental Portfolio (Multifamily)

Location: Coral Gables, Florida; in-person

Salary: $120,000–$125,000 annually with discretionary annual bonus potential based on performance

hirify.global is hiring for an asset management role supporting a growing portfolio of multifamily and residential rental properties.

What you will do

• Oversee third-party property management partners and hold them accountable for approved business plans, financial targets, and operational goals.
• Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, renewals, rental rates, concessions, collections, delinquency, bad debt, and unit availability.
• Analyze property-level financial statements, budgets, operating expenses, NOI, cash flow, and variances.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve occupancy, accelerate lease-up, increase revenue, control expenses, and maximize NOI.
• Oversee CapEx projects, renovations, maintenance initiatives, and other value-add programs.
• Support acquisitions, refinancing, lender reporting, valuations, dispositions, and the onboarding and stabilization of new assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in multifamily asset management and/or multifamily operations.
• Experience with both stabilized and lease-up multifamily assets and with managing third-party property management companies.
• Strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, revenue management, budgeting, forecasting, P&Ls, NOI, cash flow, rent rolls, and variance reports.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with willingness to regularly visit properties.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required.

Nice to have

• Experience with South Florida multifamily assets and market dynamics.
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management and reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with acquisitions, refinancing, lender reporting, or dispositions.
