Sr Business Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, based in Richardson, Texas

Salary: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead value-based operations, business analysis, and process execution across functional units.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide initiatives for divisional contract implementations from inception through completion.
• Oversee complex programs and projects according to timelines and provider contract terms.
• Analyze population payment systems and partner with teams to validate calculations and data.
• Prepare execution status reports and presentations for senior management.
• Resolve problems and support alignment across multiple divisions and departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or healthcare.
• At least 3 years of experience leading large, complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management, developing presentations, interpreting business and financial information, and managing multiple complex projects.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, industry trends, negotiations, problem resolution, organizational practices, and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to establish effective cross-functional relationships.

Nice to have

• Strategic thinking, execution, decision-making, and impact analysis skills.
• SQL, coding, system validation, and database experience.
• Understanding of medical billing and coding.
