Principal Strategic Advisor (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid Flex - Durham, United States

Salary: $130,560.00–$208,896.00 per year, plus an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead healthcare redesign, provider reimbursement, partnership, and market offer strategies supporting growth, cost management, and improved member outcomes.
• Support the enhancement and maintenance of current products and market offer components.
• Lead strategic planning, complex quantitative and qualitative analysis, and enterprise-level thought leadership.
• Present strategic concepts, planning data, reimbursement rates, provider performance metrics, and impact assessments to internal and external audiences, including senior leadership.
• Coordinate and communicate progress across the work portfolio while collaborating with departments across the enterprise.
• Analyze industry, regulatory, technology, and market trends and drive operational improvements through reporting, project management, and consulting approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree where required.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Extensive expertise in healthcare delivery transformation, healthcare reimbursement, and strategy.
• Experience with healthcare operations, process improvement, strategic planning, reporting and analysis, and project management.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and oversee staff work when needed.
