Location: Remote role associated with Chicago, United States; US work authorization required. Travel based on client, enterprise, or project needs is required, currently averaging less than 50% annually.
Base salary: $100,000–$145,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $115,000–$166,750.

What you will do
- Lead project workstreams using established healthcare consulting methodologies and best practices.
- Partner with project teams and client stakeholders to design and implement sustainable revenue cycle solutions.
- Collect and analyze complex data to identify gaps, risks, trends, and discrepancies.
- Develop actionable recommendations that improve financial performance and operational outcomes.
- Present findings and recommendations to and client leadership.
- Supervise, coach, mentor, and provide performance feedback to junior project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience, preferably in healthcare or consulting.
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle operations, including hospital, health system, or physician enterprise charge capture.
- Basic understanding of clinical charging, charge entry, and billing workflows.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- US work authorization required; ability to travel for client and project needs is essential.
