Program Services Manager

Location: Hybrid office schedule, three days per week in Irving, TX; Chicago, IL; Centennial, CO; or Edina, MN.

Salary: $77,400–$135,400 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage program structures, processes, procedures, and quality assurance activities for the hirify.global Reserve program.
• Coordinate client onboarding, engagement, training, implementation, and routine client and supplier support.
• Support contracting teams with negotiations, utilization initiatives, and program improvement opportunities.
• Track participation, enrollment, contract utilization, financial incentives, deliverables, and other success metrics.
• Analyze revenue, sales, and market basket data to identify client savings and increase program participation.
• Coordinate business reviews, council and panel engagement, feedback collection, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting program operations, client services, contracting, or related business activities is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret program and performance data.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a relevant degree is preferred.
