Implementation Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; travel up to 10% for training, conferences, events, and onsite meetings.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD annual base salary, plus bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate implementation of hirify.global products and services from planning through execution.
• Build implementation schedules, track requirements and timelines, and document progress, obstacles, delays, and time worked.
• Assist with project scoping, estimates, proposals, and contracts.
• Train clients virtually and onsite, and present at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Build trusted client relationships and collaborate with customer success and other departments.
• Review and improve instructional and technical documentation, including release notes, diagrams, screenshots, and screencast videos.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• Experience in implementation, project delivery, adult education, or related work.
• Understanding of EMS and fire reporting requirements and standardized data collection practices.
• Knowledge of implementation or project management tools and strong technical aptitude.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, handle confidential information, and travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Agile or Scrum experience, PMP certification, and healthcare or public safety industry experience.
• Knowledge of hirify.global products or similar industry technologies.
