What you will do

• Design and develop technical instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning content for Analytics and Quality Central platforms.
• Own the training lifecycle, including needs analysis, curriculum design, content development, validation, and delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, lab guides, troubleshooting exercises, and other hands-on learning assets.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain training lab environments, including servers, databases, and supporting services.
• Partner with Product Management and R&D on system architecture, new features, and release changes.
• Support trainers and deliver technical training to customers, partners, and internal employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Six years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training materials, curricula, labs, and learning assets for enterprise software.
• Experience with Windows Server administration, including IIS, roles and features, and NTFS/UNC security principles.
• Experience with SQL Server administration, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting across application, server, and database layers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, instructional design, adult learning methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
