Senior Maintenance Worker

What you will do

• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Perform interior and exterior repairs, including painting, drywall, lighting, plumbing, sidewalks, parking areas, and other property elements.
• Schedule and complete preventive maintenance for air-handling units and other equipment, maintaining activity logs.
• Maintain cleanliness across common areas, sidewalks, parking lots, service bays, and waste collection areas.
• Assist Marketing with event setup and Local Leasing with cart placement and repairs.
• Assign duties, inspect completed work, and provide guidance to other maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of building maintenance experience.
• Experience with carpentry, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and drywall repairs.
• Ability to diagnose equipment problems, interpret instructions, and establish facts when solving problems.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, fire protection hydraulic systems, fire alarm systems, safety rules, and accident prevention.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
• Technical school certification or maintenance training.
