Maintenance Supervisor (Property Maintenance)

Location: Paso Robles, California, United States. Work type: On-site, including weekend and holiday availability.

Salary: USD 73,000–75,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Perform hands-on maintenance across short-term rental properties and boutique hotels, including repairs to furniture, plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, appliances, HVAC, pools, and landscaping.
• Diagnose and resolve maintenance issues before guest arrival and during guest stays.
• Inspect properties and grounds for safety, cleanliness, and required repairs.
• Coordinate with the Area Manager and assign appropriate work to third-party vendors.
• Obtain vendor quotes and document maintenance and billing details in the task management system.
• Support new-property onboarding with general maintenance, touch-ups, and installation of basic security components such as doorbells and cameras.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in property management, hotel, or apartment-complex maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, pool, HVAC, landscaping, and general property-upkeep work.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and use apps to document completed work.
• Ability to work independently, lift heavy objects, and remain on your feet for prolonged periods.
• Must provide personal tools.
• Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules according to business needs.
