Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Advisor

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida, United States; physical retail in-store role with in-home design visits.

Salary: $28.00–$30.00 per hour, plus potential quarterly sales and prospecting bonuses.

What you will do

• Deliver a luxury guest experience for trade and consumer clients.
• Manage a portfolio of design clients, build long-term relationships, and prospect new customers.
• Support large-scale luxury projects, trade projects, and custom product development.
• Lead virtual, in-home, and in-store design appointments, including preparation, product curation, and follow-up.
• Use design software, sales analytics, moodboards, space plans, and 2D/3D room views to support store growth.
• Meet sales, customer satisfaction, and other KPI targets while supporting store operations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of design experience in a design firm or high-end furniture retailer.
• Professional digital design portfolio required for application.
• Experience managing large-scale projects for luxury B2C and trade customers.
• Strong organization, communication, self-motivation, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with or ability to learn CRM, POS, and design tools; Salesforce, DesignFiles, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required for in-home design visits; availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Perigold supplier brands, materials, construction, and custom programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
