What you will do

• Work with consulting and proposal teams to gather requirements and deliver advanced analytics solutions.
• Own all or part of analytics modules, producing original analysis and insights for client cases.
• Build statistical models, algorithms, software modules, minimal viable products, and dashboards from large and varied data sources.
• Use analytical, statistical, and programming methods to select approaches and deliver defined outcomes.
• Train project and client teams on advanced analytics tools, methodologies, and solutions.
• Communicate findings through synthesized presentations, charts, and ready-to-use deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• Previous internship experience in advanced analytics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Fluency in either Python or R, including reading, creating, debugging, and packaging code.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, data wrangling, statistical inference, and data visualization.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar technologies and analytical tools quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-ready dashboards or web applications with Python or JavaScript frameworks.
• Knowledge of low-code analytics tools such as Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, SAS, or SPSS.
• Experience with optimization, simulation modeling, geoanalytics, customer analytics, pricing, supply chain, or workforce allocation.
• Exposure to big data environments, optimization tools, or collaboration and ticketing systems.
• Additional programming or scripting experience with C#, Perl, Spark, or VBA.
