What you will do

• Apply data science methods and advanced analytics to real-world business challenges across industries.
• Design, implement, and deploy innovative, scalable AI and machine learning solutions.
• Partner with clients and colleagues across BCG regions and industries to create business impact.
• Translate complex data science concepts and results into clear business implications and visualizations.
• Develop scientific thought leadership, papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.
• Collaborate on projects using modern development tools and shared coding practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Significant experience applying advanced analytics to varied business situations and synthesizing complex data.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
• Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly.
• Comfort working in client-facing roles and ambition to lead teams.
• Programming experience with Python.

• Software development or DevOps experience.
• Experience working with modern development tools and collaborative coding practices.
