What you will do

• Work with consulting and case teams on advanced analytics projects across multiple industries and business domains.
• Gather requirements, select analytical approaches, and design, develop, deliver, and support analytics solutions.
• Build statistical models, algorithms, and analytical workflows using large and diverse data sources.
• Deliver original analyses and insights, owning all or part of an analytics module.
• Package analytical outcomes into software modules, minimum viable products, dashboards, presentations, and charts.
• Train project and client teams on advanced analytics tools, methodologies, and solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Python or R, including reading, creating, debugging, and packaging code.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• SQL scripting and experience collecting data from relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL.
• Data wrangling with Python and Pandas or R, statistical inference, and advanced analytical solutioning.
• Experience with data visualization and presentation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Dash.
• Ability to self-learn and quickly adopt unfamiliar technologies and analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Experience building scalable production-ready dashboards and web applications with Python or JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Alteryx, Knime, Dataiku, SAS, SPSS, or other low-code analytics platforms.
• Background in customer analytics, pricing, predictive maintenance, supply chain, network optimization, workforce allocation, or smart manufacturing.
• Experience with GeoAnalytics, simulation, operations research, linear programming, or mixed-integer programming.
• Knowledge of big data environments, optimization tools, collaboration platforms, or ticketing systems.
