What you will do

• Apply data science, statistics, operations research, and analytics methods to real-world business challenges across industries.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Translate complex analytical results and machine learning concepts into clear visualizations and business implications.
• Contribute to solutions addressing topics such as climate change and organizational transformation.
• Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations for BCG X.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD program in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Strong experience applying advanced analytics to varied business situations and synthesizing complex data.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
• Proficiency in Python and comfort with modern development tools and collaborative coding.
• Strong project management and communication skills, including the ability to explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly.
• Comfort working in client-facing settings and ambition to lead teams.
