What you will do

• Collaborate with consulting and proposal teams to gather requirements and design analytics solutions for client needs.
• Deliver original analysis, insights, and analytical modules across a range of advanced analytics topics.
• Build models, algorithms, software modules, minimal viable products, and dashboards from large and diverse data sources.
• Train project and client teams on advanced analytics methodologies, tools, and solutions.
• Communicate analytical insights through clear synthesis, presentations, charts, and ready-to-use deliverables.
• Develop broad expertise in at least one analytics topic or platform while supporting solutions through the full analytics lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, data science, statistics, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in advanced analytics, including internships.
• Fluency in Python or R, including reading, creating, debugging, and packaging code.
• Experience with SQL, relational databases, data wrangling, statistical inference, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, statistical, programming, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience building production-ready dashboards and web applications with Python or JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with low-code analytics tools such as Alteryx, KNIME, Dataiku, SAS, or SPSS.
• Knowledge of optimization, simulation modeling, operations research, geoanalytics, big data environments, or customer and supply-chain analytics.
• Experience with tools such as Gurobi, AnyLogic, AIMMS, LLamasoft, Hadoop, Teradata, Jira, Confluence, or GitHub.
• Consulting experience or additional language skills.
