Events Specialist, Marketing

Location: Remote, United States. Regular travel is required for conferences, events, and on-site execution, with occasional evening or weekend availability tied to event schedules.

Salary: $68,645–$75,000 base salary per year, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Coordinate planning details, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder inputs for national wellbeing events and conferences.
• Manage event logistics, including vendors, shipping, audiovisual needs, booth materials, speakers, registration, attendee communications, and on-site support.
• Maintain project plans, checklists, run-of-show documents, attendee lists, landing page inputs, and post-event recaps.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, product marketing, operations, finance, procurement, and partner teams.
• Track budgets, purchase requests, vendor approvals, invoices, attendance, lead capture, campaign attribution, and follow-up status.
• Compile post-event feedback and performance data to improve execution and commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, vendors, deliverables, and stakeholder requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email and web copy, instructions, updates, and recaps.
• High attention to detail and comfort managing logistical complexity under tight timelines.
• Understanding of how events support audience engagement, lead generation, sales follow-up, and measurable marketing outcomes.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems in real time, remain composed during live events, and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and remain stationary for extended periods during event activities.
