Business Programming Manager (Business Intelligence)

Salary: $118,125–$157,500 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs from initiation through implementation.
• Develop project charters, business requirements, schedules, risk assessments, communication plans, and governance documentation.
• Coordinate Finance, Manufacturing, Logistics, IT, Service Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with BI developers and analysts to define KPIs, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Support SOX-related process controls, audits, process validation, workshops, and steering committee meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, business intelligence, supply chain, finance, or a related function.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering business transformation initiatives in manufacturing, technology, electronics, supply chain, or service operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or comparable reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, plus knowledge of Python, SQL, data analytics, and business automation tools.
• Strong project planning, risk management, issue resolution, organizational, and documentation skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
• Experience leading enterprise business intelligence initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and Finance and Accounting processes.
• Experience with Power Platform and Jira.
