Sr Project Manager

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; regular in-person attendance at the designated facility is required.

Base pay: $92,700–$167,500 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Lead large, complex projects or programs with multiple sub-projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Drive the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of strategic IT projects.
• Set customer expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Coordinate deliverables with product delivery leads, IT product managers, and program managers while removing barriers and escalating risks.
• Apply project management, enterprise delivery, and software development lifecycle processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of project management experience, or 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience delivering and managing large or complex projects using project management methodologies such as PMBOK.
• Experience tracking project finances, monitoring budgets, creating milestone-driven critical path plans, and managing competing priorities.
• Strong negotiation, conflict management, communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery models including OWF, Scrum, and XP.
• Regular in-person attendance at the designated facility is required.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Healthcare knowledge and HCSC experience.
• Experience working with senior management and leading in a matrix organization.
• Knowledge of Clarity PPM and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
