Medicaid Business Intelligence Lead

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $117,600–$161,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead analytics and enrollment operations support for Medicaid markets.
• Drive state implementation readiness, market expansion, compliance monitoring, and contractual reporting initiatives.
• Analyze enrollment, membership, reconciliation, and operational performance data to provide actionable guidance to business leaders.
• Design and implement reusable, scalable analytics solutions using Databricks, Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based data environments.
• Partner with business leaders, operations, compliance teams, and technology partners as an internal analytics consultant.
• Establish reporting standards and drive modernization and process-efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, healthcare administration, computer science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience supporting complex operational processes and large healthcare datasets.
• 5+ years of advanced SQL development experience and experience designing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Demonstrated Medicaid experience, including 834 enrollment transactions, membership reporting, and related operational controls.
• Experience with Databricks, cloud-based analytics platforms, modern data architecture, and cross-functional initiative leadership.
• This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship. A dedicated workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required.

Nice to have

• Medicaid managed care, state implementation, market expansion, or operational readiness experience.
• Experience with state reporting, contractual requirements, compliance monitoring, audits, eligibility processing, and membership reconciliation.
• Advanced Databricks development and experience building reusable data products or scalable reporting architectures.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or process improvement experience.
• Master’s degree in analytics, information systems, public health, business administration, or a related discipline.
