Location: Springfield, Illinois, United States; remote work available
Salary: $105,200–$147,950 annually plus bonus

What you will do
- Lead analytics initiatives supporting Supplemental & Group business priorities and translate business questions into actionable recommendations.
- Conduct and oversee complex analyses to identify trends, root causes, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.
- Lead, coach, and develop analysts responsible for data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Define KPIs, performance measures, business definitions, dashboards, and reporting solutions for senior leadership.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Partner with Data and Technology teams on data warehouse, transformation, quality, governance, and adoption initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, finance, operations, or a related discipline.
- Experience leading and developing analysts and managing multiple analytical priorities.
- Strong experience with complex analysis, actionable business recommendations, cross-functional initiatives, and measurable operational improvements.
- Knowledge of finance, operations, and process management, with strong communication, analytical, project leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SQL, Power BI or similar business intelligence tools, and enterprise data warehouse or data transformation initiatives.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience in insurance or financial services.
- Experience with Supplemental, Group, employee benefits, or related insurance products.
