Maintenance Specialist

Location: Shanghai, China; onsite

What you will do

• Implement equipment maintenance to ensure reliable and effective operation.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to work lists and agreed schedules.
• Maintain production machines in good operating condition.
• Develop and implement a Maintenance Management Master Plan using RCM, RCA, FTA, and KPI tools.
• Manage CAPEX and continuous-improvement projects to increase production capacity and productivity.
• Track project delivery and expected results.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in equipment management.
• College education or above in mechanical engineering, electrical automation, or a related field.
• Good communication skills and basic English.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with PLC software tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Shanghai, China.

Nice to have

• Electrician certificate.
• HV/LV working certificate.
