Project Management Intern, MBA - Summer 2027 (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Track project status, timelines, budgets, risks, and schedule changes across active IT initiatives.
• Prepare stage-gate governance materials, coordinate review sessions, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery blockers and maintain milestones.
• Build dashboards and status reports that provide leadership visibility into program health.
• Maintain PMO documentation, templates, tools, and workflow improvements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA or related master's degree program, with expected graduation between Fall 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Experience managing multiple priorities or projects in an academic, internship, or work setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or equivalent tools.
• Prior project management, PMO, or IT operations internship or coursework.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or PMP/CAPM coursework.
