New Grad - Onsite Project Manager (Robotics)

Location: USA remote and travel; candidates must be located within the Eastern or Central time zones. Travel up to 75% is required, including work at customer sites.

Salary: $82,000–$113,300 base pay annually.

What you will do

• Support large-scale warehouse automation and robotics deployment projects from planning through customer acceptance.
• Coordinate schedules, deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, action items, and dependencies with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project schedules, dashboards, reporting tools, and project data analysis.
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, installation, commissioning, operations, logistics, and site readiness activities.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings, document decisions, and communicate follow-up actions.
• Build the skills needed to take ownership of increasingly complex project responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering; construction, operations, supply chain management; or a related field.
• Internship, co-op, academic project, leadership, or relevant work experience involving project coordination, problem-solving, or operational execution.
• Strong organization, analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%, work at customer sites, hold a valid driver’s license, and drive and/or fly to customer and company locations.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Interest in project management, operations, construction, robotics, automation, or large-scale system deployment.
