Tool Install Project Manager (Semiconductor Construction)

Salary: $52,000–$200,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage multiple tool installation, conversion, demolition, and capital construction projects.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and contractor workforces supporting small to large-scale projects.
• Define project scope, manage schedules and budgets, and oversee supplier performance and daily operations.
• Coordinate with factory owners, facilities, global supply management, design, construction, and supplier stakeholders.
• Translate business and technical requirements into safe, high-quality, affordable, and constructible project designs.
• Drive lean construction practices, continuous improvement, safety culture, and innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, architecture, construction engineering management, project management, or a related STEM field plus 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 4+ years of military construction experience, or a relevant master’s degree plus 2+ years of experience.
• Experience in project construction management, tool owner responsibilities, or equivalent construction leadership.
• Leadership, communication, decision-making, and hands-on project management skills.
• This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• On-site presence in Albuquerque, New Mexico is required.

Nice to have

• Expertise in process tool equipment installation.
• Experience managing medium- to large-scale construction projects and programs.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification.
