Managing Consultant

What you will do

• Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Assess client operations and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Develop and present tailored strategies and recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and maintain trusted client relationships.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Track industry trends and apply relevant best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–10 years of consulting experience with a record of successful project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Ability to work remotely from the USA.
