Global People & Development Specialist - X Build, EMEA (AI)

What you will do

• Support employee experience and career development for BCG X talent.
• Coordinate tenure reviews, case reviews, dossier preparation, and other parts of the talent review process.
• Maintain accurate Workday, staffing, case, and review data.
• Create and update reports covering headcount activity, reduced capacity, leave of absence, mobility, attrition, and other people-program needs.
• Support regional points of contact for learning and development, diversity and inclusion, compensation, and insights and reporting.
• Collaborate with People & Development, Talent Management, Finance, and Recruiting teams on people-focused initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a people function.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, resourcefulness, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build relationships across the BCG network.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in people program development and execution.
